The best way is to learn from the right tutor.Take it slow and easy.learn systematically and gain a deep understanding of chords.

I have been teaching guitar for 10 years and it's been an amazing experience for me

there is no fastest way and there is no shortcut, the only way is practice as much as you can.

Hi Vikash, Guitar is a good choice. I do have a couple of students with epilepsy however this doesn't effect the guitar playing. Find a teacher and get started. All the best :)

How do you change the strings on an acoustic guitar?
