A real life coach is always better than an online one as he/she would know your strengths and weaknesess and can guide you accordingly. That being said, there are quite a few good online websites where you can start your Guitar learning journey. Torrins.com is one good website.

Private coaching is more preferable than online. If u learn under a professional guitarist you will be able to rectify your flaws.
