Is it possible to score above 700 in the GMAT while doing a job? What should be my schedule (and strategy)? Any details would be appreciated.

Yes. Its absolutely possible. One key thing to excel in Gmat is Consistency/Self Discipline. As long as you can manage a 3-4 hour focussed study in a day, It can totally be done.
