If I am comfortable with CAT Quant, do I need to put in any effort for GMAT quant? Also, if yes, is there any specific book for GMAT Quant..more than book...what I am looking for is some specific practice for GMAT quant, if it is any different from CAT Quant.

GRE and GMAT Coaching

As you are comfortable in CAT Quant, concept wise you do not need different prep for GMAT. But do practice questions based on DATA Sufficiency. For the same you can try 1000 ds questions which is publicly available on the net.
