How does one prepare enough to get a perfect score on the GMAT?

First of all you should take a diagnostic test and figure out which areas are weak and which areas are strong. Then you need to work on your weak areas by practising questions from Original guide of GMAT, because at times you are not weak in a certain area, you just don't know the correct way to approach the question and as far as my experience goes, you pretty much get sorted with 85% of the portion if you solve OG properly. In between, you should take tests at least every weekend and most importatly analyse the test so that you don't make the same mistakes again. If after this you feel you lack in certain areas then you should buy the specialised book for that section and practise more questions. And on the test day, don't panic and maintain your calm.
