You would have to work harder in that case as you would have to search few places to get your doubts cleared and also to get the kick start. But yeah it is quite possible and should be a good experience .

Definitely yes. But you need to have good understanding of the test and test philosophy. I know who wrote the test like that and got 760. But, honestly speaking, that is very rare

You can certainly write GMAT without coaching. However, the major challenge is self motivation. Generally speaking tutors & most importantly test buddies help you stay focused & motivated.

Although some of the topics are similar but GMAT test techniques and questions patterns are different from CAT
