Keep in mind those who are good in grammar are not good speaker and those who are good speaker are not good in grammar. Find out your niche and then follow some basic grammar rule. From interview perspective, watch BBC and English news channel so that you understand the concept of interview and then start fly high.
Also, committing mistake is not a crime but repeating it, is. So learn from your mistakes and correct them.
