First of all, 10th marks have no bearing on JEE Main/Advanced. Now if you feel that you did not get the same marks as you wrote in the exam, you can apply for rechecking. This is not the only thing that happened to you. I know many students who faced the same problem. But instead of regretting, they focused on the upcoming 12th exam and JEE Main and they performed better than students who had scored better marks than them in 10th.
