Teaching has been my passion and profession for the past 20 years, and throughout this journey, I have had the privilege of shaping the academic and personal growth of countless young learners. I teach students from Class 1 to Class 5 in all subjects, along with Spoken English, and I believe that the early years of education play a crucial role in building a child's confidence, curiosity, and love for learning. My objective is to create a nurturing environment where children feel motivated to learn, explore, and achieve their full potential.

I hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree, which has provided me with a strong understanding of teaching methodologies, child psychology, and effective classroom practices. Over the years, I have continuously enhanced my teaching skills through practical experience and by adapting to the evolving needs of modern education. I firmly believe that every child is unique, and my teaching approach is designed to cater to different learning styles and abilities.

During my career, I have served not only as a teacher but also as a coordinator and headmistress. These roles have given me valuable experience in academic planning, curriculum management, student mentoring, and educational leadership. Working closely with students, teachers, and parents has helped me develop a holistic understanding of a child's educational journey and the importance of creating a supportive and positive learning environment.

My teaching philosophy goes beyond helping students score good marks. I believe in nurturing well-rounded individuals by focusing on conceptual clarity, creativity, communication skills, critical thinking, and strong values. I encourage students to ask questions, think independently, and actively participate in class discussions. My lessons are carefully planned to ensure that learning is interactive, meaningful, and enjoyable, helping children become confident and independent learners.

To make my classes engaging and effective, I use a wide range of teaching resources, including PowerPoint presentations, educational videos, animations, worksheets, interactive activities, and whiteboard explanations. I follow a structured lesson plan while adapting my methods to suit the individual needs of each student. Along with teaching all subjects for primary classes, I also help students improve their Spoken English, enabling them to communicate confidently and express their thoughts clearly in both academic and everyday situations.

I offer both online and offline classes, providing flexibility for students and parents. My aim is to create a joyful learning experience where children develop a strong academic foundation while enjoying every step of the learning process. I take great pride in helping my students grow into confident, responsible, and enthusiastic learners, and I remain committed to supporting their academic success and overall personality development through personalized guidance, encouragement, and quality education.
