Lack of confidence = Lacking the feeling or belief of certainty in something. Hesitation is behaviour, whereas lacking confidence is a feeling or thinking. The doubt could be motivated by a lack of confidence in doing something because you are not very sure how well it will turn out.
So you have to build your self-confidence first.

Mother tongue influence or MTI means the impact of the way your first language is spoken on the second language you are trying to learn. For us, it means the effect of our mother tongue on the way we speak English.

Below are the tips you can follow to improve your pronunciation:

• Listen to English movies or songs
• Observe the mouth movements of those who speak English well and try to imitate them.
• Until you learn the correct intonation and rhythm of English, slow your speech down.
• Make a list of frequently used words that you find difficult to pronounce and ask someone who speaks the language well to pronounce them for you.
• Read aloud in English for 15-20 minutes every day.

1. Always be confident
2. Do not try to translate Hindi to English or any mother tongue to English.
3. Always try to speak in English with your friends, family etc.
4. If you already completed graduation start giving interview don't think about rejection or selection.
