Stress hormones is nothing but your way of life and thinking process. Most of the time you don't enjoy your PRESENT. There are various tips and best cure through healing. You can also start your day early, go for simple walk, do some pranayama, focus your mind at your breath inhaling and exhaling for some time. Dip your eyes in water before taking your bath for 1 minute after closing your nose. Avoid synthetic medicines as far as possible and eat plenty of vegetables and fruits.
