How do I learn about the 4 cases of German language better?

Do the exercises as many as you can for these 4 cases.

Honestly, just understand the cases nicely and how the articles change. At later stages, you'll need to learn verbs with Akkusativ and Dativ plus Verbs with Akkusativ and Dativ Prepositions because that'll be used much more. Otherwise you can read some basic texts and try to find what is what.

Not at all! It is an added advantage but it is not completely necessary. German and English are different languages altogether. Infact if you know English, you tend to start translating from German to English thus hindering the learning process.

Yes it is possible. But no one can predict how long it might take. With the guidance of a tutor, it would be possible within 4 to 6 weeks or 8 weeks

You can download Deutsche welle , Duolingo and learn German with Anja -these three will be helpful for initial and further levels.
