Could be possible. But it depends on the mode of language the course is offered in. If it is English you may just need the basic knowledge of German (A1) to manage in Germany. Check the university prospectus and course details to know more about it.

Will it be easy to master German pronunciation?
Yes. It is a language not a rocket science. If enough practice is done you can master it but obviously it is not your mother tongue so the accent will be a bit different.

It depends on the level you plan to learn. A1 or beginners level can be completed within 60 hrs( 1.5 months) if it is a Monday- Friday class with a duration of 2 hrs/ day. Similar applies to A2.
