Else you can ask some other learner or a teacher to communicate with you online on Skype etc. If these are not feasible with you, then have the audio CD of your course book like Studio d. At the end of the book there is transcript of all audio tracks. Play the CD and listen with simultaneously reading the transcript of the track. Thereafter read the transcript aloud.
