Random variable means value is not known at the start. Poisson distributed random variable means value of unknown discrete variable follows Poisson's distribution (Type of frequency distribution).

For Poisson R.V Mean = Variance. So, Second Moment = Variance + (Mean)*(Mean) = Mean + Mean2 = 2. On Solving, Mean = 2.
