My name is Abhishek Kumar Nirala, and I am an Audiologist and Speech-Language Pathologist (ASLP). I am a BASLP graduate from JSS Institute of Speech and Hearing, Karnataka, and I am RCI registered (A101538). I am also a member of ISHA.

My professional focus is on providing comprehensive speech, language, communication, and hearing rehabilitation services, with a special interest in pediatric speech and language development.

In speech therapy, I work with children and individuals facing difficulties such as:

- Articulation and pronunciation disorders
- Receptive and expressive language difficulties
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Social communication and pragmatic language difficulties
- Echolalia and functional communication challenges

- Oral-motor and speech sound difficulties
- Communication difficulties associated with developmental disorders

My approach to speech therapy is individualized and child-centered. I first assess the individual's communication abilities, identify strengths and areas of difficulty, and then develop functional and measurable therapy goals. I focus not only on improving speech production but also on developing functional communication, understanding, expression, social interaction, and independence.

For children, I strongly believe that parent involvement and home practice are essential parts of successful therapy. Therefore, I provide parents with practical strategies and activities that can be incorporated into everyday routines.

I also have a professional interest in audiology and hearing rehabilitation, including hearing assessment, hearing aid fitting and management, newborn hearing screening, and rehabilitation for individuals with hearing loss.

Through Renuka Speech and Hearing Clinic, my goal is to provide evidence-based, ethical, and personalized services that help individuals communicate more effectively and participate confidently in everyday life.
