I’m a certified Yoga Practitioner with over a year of experience teaching traditional yoga, pranayama (breathing techniques), and face yoga to individuals and small groups. My yoga journey started with a personal desire to live a healthier, more balanced life, which eventually led me to train and get certified through the well-known Aviyog Group.

In my classes, I combine the timeless wisdom of yoga with today’s wellness needs. I focus on proper posture, deep breathing, and calming the mind, so students feel better not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.

I create a warm, supportive space where everyone feels welcome, whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for a while. I truly believe yoga is more than just exercise—it's a beautiful way of life that brings balance, peace, and self-growth.
