Don't just learn but get trained.

It was common in the French upper class to learn any foreign language but most of them used to learn latin and Greek.

je pratique is a good book, alter ego c1 , i think you should read newspaper and native stuff to be through with the exam plus various sites are having exercises. francais facile is also a good option
