La is used with countries whose names end with "e". L' is used with countries whose names start with a vowel. Le is used for rest of the countries. But, there is an exception with Mexique. We call it Le Mexique.

You normally use Definite article le, la, l', as a prefix to country names but you do not use definite articles as prefix to city names

I am looking out for language teacher (German). However, I am confused about how much should I expect to spend on tuitions. Also, how much training time is sufficient for a teacher to teach me Level A1. (For ex. Rs. 6000/3 months.etc) I understand, I need to practice as well in order to pass the course.
