I believe, in this present world, it is crucial not only to learn but also to implement knowledge effectively. I have been in the training industry for the last eighteen years and have worked with corporates and other training institutes. For the previous three year, I have been giving training on my own. I’m a double source graduate in MCA and had pursued a post-graduate in MBA in HR Finance. I was working with NIIT as a technical trainer. In 2019, I felt the need to provide practical knowledge as I had noticed the vast difference between the content of schools and other institutions versus what was needed in the industry. In 2020 I started with my training sessions, followed by my youtube channel and blog. I have won awards for Best corporate training in sales and negotiations training in ChemicalBros. All my sessions are based on the 3Ps, Practice 30 minutes, daily, Play what you learn, and Perform to analyse. Keeping those in mind, I have systematically devised two different patterns with separate approaches to make the learning effective. The first one is Group, a systematic module with a total of ninety hours. It is for anyone who is a fresher or wants to start with communication or career hack. The second one individual sessions which are designed and customized as per the individual needs and are one to one sessions. The duration of classes varies as per the policies and training an individual is opting for. Apart from that I provide lifelong online community support and 30 minutes activity every day where students have to go 20 minutes daily. After the commencement of the training sessions I also provide weekly newsletters for lifetime. In my training sessions I often use flowcharts and PowerPoint presentations, the visual cues help make the training more memorable and students could get back and refer to it anytime. Regular assignments and activities help in polishing the skills. I understand the importance of communications in careers therefore I have devices of 15 minutes of activity in every session. I work not just on content but on activities as well. I also have a free assessment program based on Ikigai which individuals could use to know what is the right profile for them. Ikigai is a remarkable Japanese system which will help them integrate their passion with proffession.
