If you wish to travel to the spanish speaking countries, which are easily more than 20, spanish is the viable option. Morever, it is widely spoken throughout the world(2nd most). Do some research, for more insight.

French Language Expert

Although Spanish is the most speaking language in world but if you are doing or have done engineering then German language is the best option for you. Else Spanish is also a good option as India having many multinational company that need Spanish speakers too.

German. As it has a lot of employment opportunities, both inside and outside India. But the student should have completed till B1, minimum. And should have a good proficiency in the language.
