I bring a creative, engaging, and child-friendly approach to teaching students from Classes I to V, combining my professional expertise in graphic design, visual arts, animation, and theatre. With 16 years of experience across design and creative fields, along with my experience as a freelance Art and Craft Teacher, I aim to make learning enjoyable, interactive, and meaningful for young learners. My teaching approach focuses on developing children's creativity, imagination, observation skills, and confidence through practical, hands-on activities. I can teach various art forms, including basic drawing, cartoon sketching, colouring, watercolour painting, pattern making, creative composition, and age-appropriate craft projects. I also introduce children to the fundamentals of graphic design and animation through simple, fun, and engaging exercises that encourage visual thinking and storytelling. As a trained theatre teacher, I can also help students explore acting, role-play, storytelling, voice modulation, facial expressions, and body language. These activities help improve communication skills, self-expression, teamwork, and stage confidence while making classroom learning more interactive. I believe every child has unique creative abilities. Therefore, I encourage individual expression, provide patient guidance, and create a supportive learning environment where children feel comfortable experimenting, learning from mistakes, and discovering their talents. My objective is to nurture well-rounded young learners by integrating art, design, and performing arts into their educational journey while supporting their overall personality development.
