Ok Hello Abhijit you asked a question about cell cycle phases let us learn about that
G1phase -it is phase between M phase and S phase of cell cycle during this phase cell prepare itself to replicate it's DNA and organelle like it make all the proteins and other material required for DNA synthesis but actual DNA synthesis initiate in S phase not in G1 phase so it is highly metabolic active phase of cell during in which cell size also increases .
S Phase- it is also called synthesis phase it lie betweeenG1 and G2 phase of cell cycle during this phase DNA synthesis initiate and amount of DNA becomes double but the chromosomes number become same.
G2 phase -in G2 Phase cell check the DNA as it is correctly synthesized or not and then further grow and prepare the cell to enter in mitosis it lie between S and MPhase of cell cycle. All the above three phases cell prepare itself to go under division so these are preparatory phase.
Prophase, metaphase, anaphase and telophase are the part of M Phase
Prophase- ist stage of mitosis after G2 phase DNA synthesized in S phase start dehydrates and condense to form choromosome the centriole( required for spindle formation which also duplicates during S phase) move towards opposite poles all the organelles start decompose.
Metaphase- follows prophase in this phase nuclear membrane start disintegrate means breakdown of nuclear membrane in order to free chromosome in cytoplasm so they can participate in cell division .chromosome move towards in middle of cytoplasm.
Anaphase- Chromosome lie at mid of the cell called metaphase- plate .In anaphase the sister chromatid of chromosome split into daughter chromatid .the spindle attached to kinetochore ( mid of the chromosome) moves away from equatorial plane to opposite poles of cell.
Telophase - last phase of cell division ,the chromosomes are placed at opposite poles and chromosome start disintegrate means decondense nuclear membrane start form around chromosome organelles start form in double ammount.
Cytokinesis occur in which cell plate form ,cell divided into two daughter cell both the cell have their individual materials .
Prophase- it is first stage of mitosis
