Oracle supports both front end and back end. In the front end, oracle has applications like Oracle Forms and Reports. Oracle forms are used for taking input and Reports are used for presenting data in PDF, XML, etc. format.
Oracle also supports backend, PLSQL programming language is used in oracle backend application.
