Dr. Varun

I am a BNYS graduate from SDM College of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences, with over six years of yoga teaching experience. I have experience conducting online yoga classes for individuals and groups, and I can communicate effectively in English, Kannada, and Tamil.

My areas of interest and experience include yoga for diabetes management, back pain support, flexibility, stress management, pranayama, meditation, and overall well-being. My background in naturopathy and yogic sciences enables me to approach yoga instruction with an understanding of health, safe practice, and individual needs.

I am interested in joining your team as a remote yoga instructor and contributing to accessible, structured, and effective online yoga programmes.

Please find my resume attached for your consideration. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss my experience and suitability for this position.

Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to hearing from you.
