In short - coaching classes in general do not. Their focus is mainly teaching the syllabus and to give tricks and strategies for exams. In a coaching class I was working earlier at, it was mentioned in their contract clause that they will give one batch solely for counseling and guidance. However that never happened in almost 2.5 years that I was there. That is why I left and started my own JEE coaching class where we work with the kids not just for subject knowledge but how to handle peer pressure and competition. Cheers read less
