Drawing Concepts, CAD & GD&T knowledge at least. Now for courses you better prepare yourself for Drg. Concepts as well as any Easy and Friendly CAD Tool like AutoCAD and SolidWorks so that you can understand the concepts of 2D and 3D design and implement it all with any other CAD Tool. There is not much scope in the organization if you are only a draftsman.
