Find the best teacher for the Drums in your location. Spend more time in learning and practising and try to attend the events and shows and try to accompany your Drums guru for his programs

Doesn't matter as long as you're interested in it. Just keep drumming and gradually you'll develop a talent for it!

I will teach clearly and using notes, notations.

Just practice more. Spend at least minimum 3-5 hours practice per day.
