There is no end. We can keep on learning. Even the most professional drummer in the world mention them as still beginners and every time they sit on a drum kit, they still learn new stuff. But if you put some serious effort, you can be a professional in it.

It completely depends on what you're learning i.e Trinity College London syllabus Has 3 parts and has 8 grades in total So each grade has its individual fees

There is no rocket signs. More you practice more you gain. Technique is more important in Drums. So, to be a proficient drummer, it could be 8months or 1year depending on your practice

20yrs Experience Guitar & Singing Tutor

To learn Drums & to be at a proficient level, this will take you around 2 to 3 yrs if you are a beginner. I would advise a need of the guidance of an experienced Tutor and have a consistent practice.
