Microsoft Azure and .Net Trainer with total 12 years of exp

You can start with any one, but just remember one this, ASPNET MVC is implemented on top of ASP .Net hence better to have knowledge of ASP . Net before starting MVC. Few common topics are State management, master page, all events, http lifecyclle, HTTP handler and module.

Experience Trainer for C, C++, .Net, Java, Python, Php, Networking

You should start with .net Framework, then C#. Using C# you should be able to design Console & Desktop Apps. For Web apps then you should proceed to ASP.net & then you can move on to MVC Framework to design Web Apps.
