for ASP.Net you need the basic programming knoladge in C and C++ OOP Method along with HTML,CSS, and Java Script. Because in ASP.Net Code behind C# is running. C# is based on Object oritented Methodology. So, It's good if you have a small preparation in C++ also.

C language is sufficient to start for .Net, we prepare many people who have different background and they got jobs in .Net itself.

As you already know C Language then u can easily learn Asp.net also. In Asp we used to create website it is based on C coding so you can easily pickup Asp.net and you have many job opportunity as a web developer.
