Considering that you have prior knowledge of C#, ASP.net, SQL Server, You should be very clear about the web application you are going to develop. You should have a clear idea about the features, Flow & Logic that you are going to implement. You can now proceed to create all UI Pages (Web Forms) with various controls. Now for all the events you can define methods which will implement the necessary logic. These methods will also include the methods with the help of which you will performs operations on database. Finally when you will work on security & testing, your project will be ready to be published on web Server.
