Both language are very easy to Create website. Both are user friendly but Asp.net has more features than PHP. You can try Asp.net to develop a website and you have many job vacanicies in IT industry as a web developer.

Both technologies are good but php is comparatively good and secure. Anyone one can easily do the reverse engineering in asp.net websites, php is comparatively safer and it have 30+ CMS so that you have to write very less code compared to ASP.Net.
