How much time would you estimate for CRUD functionality using MVC framework like Laravel or ASP.NET MVC with corresponding DB - MySQL or MS SQL?

Did you mean how much time to teach or to develop? CRUD operations using entity framework will be the fastest - there is code first and database first approach to entity framework. All depends on project requirement.

3 days will be fine to submit form in database and then show it on screen Rest it depend upon your logic

To be very frank, don't inquire about the training institute... anywhere look for the trainer having good real time technical knowledge.. bookish knowledge will not help to get a job, if you get it by any means its difficult to survive...
