I am an active teacher since and is actively involved in taking up private, group, corporate and pre-natal classes. Also trained to teach advanced asana classes and special courses and workshops.
The physical and mental health benefits experienced through Yoga have been rewarding and life changing. Aim to bring those to other people in a safe and productive environment with a sense of belongingness and enjoyment. With the purpose to infuse great love and enthusiasm into the classes, bringing joy and health to students.
