Syam Sasi

I’m Syam Sasi, an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach, with more than 15 years of experience in the field of fitness and exercise science. My journey began in sports at the age of 11, which inspired me to pursue a 4-year Integrated Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education. Over the years, I’ve expanded my expertise through multiple certifications, including ACE Personal Training and Strength & Conditioning, to stay at the forefront of training methods. For the past 9+ years in Gurugram, I’ve been helping people from all walks of life — from the general population and women looking to improve their health, to athletes aiming for peak performance, and even senior citizens wanting to stay active and strong. In addition to in-person coaching, I also provide online 1-on-1 personal training and group training sessions, making it possible for clients across the globe to benefit from my guidance. For me, fitness is not just about exercise — it’s about building sustainable habits, nourishing your body, and transforming your lifestyle for the long run
