This will depend on the usage terms of the specific theme. If the theme is lifetime free, then it would not get blocked ever. However, there are some trial themes, which can get blocked after 30 days or 90 days.
The only way to get blocked themes unblocked is to purchase or pay usage subscription.

Hi Anusha,
First of all the WordPress theme does not get blocked itself. If you use a paid theme then few features will be disabled rest all will be the same or may be you have used atrial version of a plugin that got expired. Kindly check for that and if still not able to figure it out then check on Youtube of google you issue you will surely find the solution.
