It totally depends on the reason if you are facing problems in building up your concepts. As you mentioned you have taken up it as a correspondent course, so either you do self- study or switch to youtube learning. Again if you face yourself validating the doubts then you can opt for tution. Make sure that whatever you reading is clear to you. It's far important to build up knowledge rather than attaining degree. Hope this helps.

I think it will be a real good idea to go for masters. Since, you had arts during your PUC, it might raise concerns in some colleges/ universities. However, you can scroll down the options & get yourself graduated. You can also opt for masters afterwards. It will help you flourish, sharpen your knowledge & approach towards your career.
