I started my yoga life in the year of 2012 and from that moment on everything started to change. I felt lighter, more peaceful, and more in touch with myself than I ever had before. Consequently, I fell in love with yoga and gradually it became a bigger and bigger part of my life. In my teaching, I use elements of all styles I have learned and teach creative and hath, vinyasa flow and relaxing yoga, different types of meditation, and pranayama classes with attention to alignment, personal evolution, and humor.
