Worst Experience. Based on my own experience, I want to share the following:- 1. Learning at this institute is just an eyewash, as the owner seems to be hardly concerned about the children learning the dance form and helping the child developing his/ her own potential, rather she is only concerned that the children showcase something in front of her guests during her magazine launch, which she does every 3 months. She keeps on asking the parents to let their children participate in her magazine launch and will show that this will be a morale booster for the children, but actually in this way, she is ensuring the performances for her next magazine launch. 2. It can be further seen that when the performances draw near, the focus of the teacher shifts solely on the performance rather than the learning of the child. Also the children who are not performing are completely neglected. This can be understood from the point that even after learning for many months, the level of children doesn’t improve much as compared to the children who are learning from the institutes, which are completely focused on teaching pure dance forms. 3. During various performances of the institute, the owner only focuses on her magazine launch and developing her own contacts. Most of the time she is busy attending to her guests and seems unconcerned about the performances. 4. Even the judgement of the performances seems to be unfair, as either the judge is not available or is unknown.
