When a bicycle is moving, generally two forces are acting on it......
1.force applied by us through pedal to move it
2.resistance force applied by the surface of road contacting with the tyre of bicycle... which try to stop the bicycle
bicycle moves because the magnitude of force applied by the person is more that resistive force ......
but whwn we stop pedalling it.......force applied by us become zero........and resistive force become more.......which result in slow down of speed of bicycle.......
