Remember, to learn a language; you need to live that language! It means that you should make English a part of everything you do so that you get to know the corresponding vocabulary and grammar structures. Also, try not to think in Hindi and translate to English, as it degrades your sentence formation. It sounds complicated, but it ultimately makes a direct connection of our brain with the language and enhances the fluency as well.
If you try these two things, you'll automatically feel confident about your language proficiency and flow.
