In science field, Commerce and social sector as well. But, it depends again for what you would be ready to do in your future. 

So, please relax and focus on 11-12 only.

Is it a compulsion to join LL.B with CS, as I have seen maximum of my friends doing LL.B with CS. Please advice.

It's your life hence your choice. It's just if you do LLB then you may be opted as best option in case of promotion for Legal head that every company have.
