I am Sandhya Arora (Sandy) your future Fitness Trainer. I train my clients at their own home. I take online classes also. My clients can do self workout with good life style on their own after six months of training with me. My clients get results in six months if they follow my all the advice. I am female and children centric Trainer but I train male clients too.
I train to those people who are really serious about their health and fitness. I do have different categories of clients: wheel chair clients, working professional, house wife and offcourse overweight clients. Their are 3 doctor clients who are taking training from me. I am certified fitness trainer from K11 (School of fitness and Science). I am staying in Mayur vihar phase 1, Delhi 110091. I am covering area of 20 kilometres from here.

If someone is not interested to do workout and they want to loose weight through diet only, I work for them also. I am Nutritionist too. I do provide only diet plan also. I take full responsibility to loose weight in 10 months with diet only, if person doesn't get results, I will return half of his amount. It's my promise as I know how science works to loose weight.
