"Really sorry but this choice is really bad. He can call you anytime expecting an answer. Any body can have an emergency with out prior notice. I was having one production issue so not able to join but answer he can't continue like this. Really Sad. "

Thanks for the feedback. As already informed at the time of registration that three continuous absence without prior notice will terminate your registration. We have tried to contact you however, we haven not got the response. Also not only my team but I also pinged you personally however, not got any response from your side. If you have some issue you should have discussed it. 80% of your module has already been covered. If you don't want to continue you can get the refund on pro data basis for which you can coordinate with our admin team. Its not at all about money it is about respecting each other. There is a trust & understanding between the trainer and his students. Hope you understand. If you have any more doubts feel free to reach me.

for this we can use Yearfrac() function.
Syntax =Yearfrac(Startdate,Enddate,Basis)
Basis 1 Actual/actual -Taking actual no. of days in year
2 Actual/360 Considering 360 days / year
3 Actual/365 considering 365 days /year
