I am a Visharad in Hindustani Classical Music - Vocals and a Madhyama Dvitiya in Hindustani Classical Instrumental - Tabla. I have been trained and still getting trained in my never ending classical journey under Pt. Dr. Ram Deshpande Ji parampara, predominantly focussed on Gwalior Gharana singing. In addition to this, I am also a music producer/composer. I have scored background music for a Telugu Web series and many ads for various big clients including Dolby films, ITC and many more. I also play instruments such as Guitar and Piano, however my main instrument is vocals. I am also well versed with Western theory and utilise the knowledge to correlate western music with Indian classical well to enhance your learning.

My approach of teaching is extremely structured and it begins with a voice culture program to enhance your voice capabilities to adapt to the singing style of Indian classical as well as bollywood. That includes assurance of your sur and taal to be intact in addition to voice enhancement. Once you attain a certain level of comfort in that, is when the entire Raaga based learning begins. This is the standard approach that we follow within our Guruji's paramparic learning and it can do wonders is what I can assure you. I currently have multiple students learning Hindustani Vocals and Bollywood Music from me for a few years and I hope to pass on the knowledge to many more in order to ensure that we have great artists created in the music world. I have also taught multiple one on one sessions at true school of music on western theory for beginners and intermediate level. I also teach basic and intermediate level of music production (Logic Pro X) focussed on Indian Music.
Oh PS: I am also a Financial Economics Post Grad and have been a financial consultant for many years in London, UK and Mumbai, India. But all of that is past now. :) It is time to get into the music scene now and ensure people who learn from me can reach their aspirations in the best possible manner!
