I am a Yoga and Meditation practitioner and teacher who is beginning my teaching journey with a strong personal foundation in Yoga and Meditation. I have been practising Yoga and Meditation for the past 6 years, and this long-term practice has helped me develop a deeper understanding of the discipline and its different techniques. I am passionate about sharing this knowledge with students and helping them work towards better physical and mental well-being.
I have completed my Yoga Instructor Course from the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga in Delhi, a reputed institute for Yoga education and training. During my course, I learned systematic and authentic methods of Yoga, including proper techniques, alignment, breathing practices, and meditation. This training has given me practical knowledge that I can apply while guiding students through their practice.
Although I am a beginner tutor, I bring six years of personal Yoga and Meditation practice to my teaching. My own journey has helped me understand the importance of consistency, correct technique, patience, and mindful practice. I want to use this experience to create a comfortable learning environment where students can gradually become familiar with Yoga and Meditation according to their individual pace.
My approach is focused on helping students practise Yoga correctly and comfortably. I pay attention to proper techniques and alignment so that students can develop their practice with a clear understanding of the movements. I also incorporate breathing practices and meditation as part of my guidance, helping students explore the physical and mental aspects of Yoga in a balanced manner.
I understand that every student may have a different level of flexibility, experience, and comfort with Yoga. Therefore, I believe in being patient and allowing students to progress gradually. I encourage regular practice and focus on helping students become more aware of their body, breathing, concentration, and overall practice rather than rushing towards advanced techniques.
Meditation is also an important part of my approach. I want students to understand it as a practice that can help them develop greater mental focus and a sense of inner calm. I guide students through practices in a simple and accessible manner so that they can gradually become more comfortable incorporating mindfulness and meditation into their routine.
I conduct classes both online and offline and aim to make every session supportive, comfortable, and practical. As I begin my teaching journey, my goal is to share the knowledge I have gained through my own practice and professional Yoga training. I hope to help students develop a consistent Yoga and Meditation practice that supports their physical well-being, flexibility, mental focus, and inner peace.
