In my 10+ years of working with the leading names in education sector both in the offline and online domain , I can say with confidence that there is no one size fits all approach to learning as every child is different and has unique set of strengths. Hence, there needs to be a custom tailored approach to learning.
I gives me a sense of immense pride to say that I have worked with numerous students who were considered mediocre and groomed them into rock-stars; many of them graduated from premier Institutions of India and abroad and are doing phenomenally well; so definitely it’s never about bad students but it is always about bad teachers or mentors !
I tutor students from IB, IGCSE, ICSE, CBSE and State Boards. I train students for foundation courses [ class 6-10 Mathematics and Science ], Olympiads, Class 11-12 Mathematics and Physics, IIT JEE Mathematics and Physics, NEET Physics and SAT and AP subject tests.
As a teacher I consider myself to be a life long learner continuously working on and upgrading my pedagogy for "Masters are not masters as they take a subject to a conceptual end, they are masters as they know there is no end at all."
