Monika G.

I am a dedicated and enthusiastic Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) student currently in my 4th year, with a strong interest in both clinical dentistry and research. My academic journey has equipped me with a deep understanding of oral pathology, endodontics, and conservative dentistry, and hands-on experience in various clinical and preclinical dental procedures.

Beyond academics, I actively engage in research and presentations, having secured recognition such as the 2nd prize in an online poster presentation at POPMA Conference on the theme “Occult of Oral Pathology.” I also undertook an ICMR-STS project exploring the impact of AAE guidelines on Vital Pulp Therapy (VPT), which strengthened my analytical, data interpretation, and scientific writing skills.

I possess strong communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities, with a creative flair that reflects in my poster designs, academic projects, and educational content creation. I am also building a presence as a dental content creator on YouTube, focusing on educational and motivational content for dental students, combining creativity, digital storytelling, and consistency.

My key skills include:

Clinical and diagnostic skills in conservative and endodontic procedures

Research design, data collection, and analysis

Poster and presentation design

Content writing and creative communication

Leadership and teamwork in academic and project settings

Video editing and digital content creation

Time management and adaptability

Motivated by a passion for continuous learning and patient-centered care, I aim to contribute meaningfully to the field of dentistry through clinical excellence, research innovation, and public education.
