I focus on the basic understanding of the kid's cause during this time they have to build the platform of their knowledge to be used further. I try to make their study fun and interesting as much as I can. I try to maintain a friendship with the child so they can freely talk to me without being embarrassed by their mistakes and asking me how to get over them. I punish as well when needed with a strict attitude. But the punishments don't mean violence but maybe extra homework or raising hands or something like that. I teach with a lot of patience. To make them understand I use some activities which make it fun and easier to engage them longer. When I used to teach my students their parent saw a drastic change in their grades and personality.
